At 99 Wine Registration Everything You Need to Know About

The number of online gaming platforms in Bangladesh is growing — but they're not all the same. Before you decide to register at 99 Wine, knowing a few key things upfront will save you from any confusion later. This page lays out everything you need to know, straight and clear — so you can make an informed decision.

The registration process at 99 Wine is intentionally kept simple. Just fill in your name, mobile number, email, and password — and your account is ready. Verify with a mobile OTP and you'll have full access to the platform. KYC (identity verification) is only required once before your first withdrawal, not at the time of registration.

What You Need to Register

To register at 99 Wine, you will need: an active mobile number (linking bKash/Nagad/Rocket makes payments easier), an email address, and you must be over 18 years of age. Your National ID will be required later for KYC — you don't need it at the registration stage.

Only one account is allowed per mobile number. Any attempt to create multiple accounts with the same number will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account may be deactivated. It's always best to provide accurate information from the start.

What to Do After Registration

Once your account is created, the first thing to do is set a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). This significantly improves your account security — especially when accessing from a mobile device.

Then make your first deposit. Open the bKash app, go to "Send Money" or "Payment", and send to 99 Wine's merchant number. Your balance will be credited within 1 to 3 minutes and the 150% bonus will be added automatically.

What to do if you have trouble registering

If you don't receive the OTP, wait 1 minute and click "Resend". Delivery may be slightly delayed during busy network periods. If the problem keeps happening, contact us via live chat and our support team will verify your account manually. For email verification issues, check your spam folder.

If you have trouble logging in after registration or forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" option — an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number so you can set a new password.
